  Halo held a company picnic honoring the employees!

  We recently had a company picnic honoring the employees of Halo Construction. For the second year in a row, Halo held the company picnic at the Everett Aquasox Baseball game in Everett, WA. This year the employees and their families were treated to a delicious BBQ dinner before the ball game and a fireworks display afterwards. It is nice to be able to spend time outside of work with the people who are our teammates during the work day.  We were excited that most every employee was able to make it to the picnic, even those employees from our Tacoma office.  Everyone seemed to have a great time and the only problem with the evening was that the Aquasox lost in extra innings to the Yakima Bears.

  The company picnic is just one way we express our gratitude to all of Halo’s employees for being loyal, dedicated and hard working individuals. It is our pleasure to once again thank all the employees at Halo Construction. Without each individual, our company would not be what it is today. We are proud to have such a high quality group of people to work with.

  Now Hiring!

  In this tough economic time, Halo has the exciting opportunity to add two new people to the staff in our Tacoma location. Our Tacoma operation has been a successful venture for Halo since it officially launched last fall. The office has had stable growth and now requires the addition of two employees!

  We are hiring for the positions of Project Manager and Estimator. Our goal is to find professional people with experience in the construction industry. We are looking for individuals who are hard working, motivated, and professional communicators. Because the industry of Insurance Restoration is specialized, Halo can offer training for these position openings, including the necessary certifications and software training.  

  We at Halo believe we are an industry leader in the Insurance Restoration field. Each of our employees has developed an expertise in their position within this industry and works as part of our team to fulfill our primary goal of obtaining complete satisfaction of our customers.   Customer Comments...

  As an owner of Halo Construction, nothing makes me happier than to know that the customers of Halo are satisfied with the service and products that they receive from our company. I have the opportunity to view all customer comments that we receive after our work is complete. I take great pride in the fact that most every customer sends comments of their satisfaction.  I enjoy sharing these comments on our Testimonials tab as a way of recognizing the employees that make up Halo Construction.

  We recently received a letter that I feel is worth sharing in my blog because it embodies the type of service that all of Halo’s employees strive to give each of our customers.

   The customer who sent this letter suffered from a fire in her home.

  Andy, Carrie, and the rest of the "Halo" Team:

  I just wanted to take a moment to let you all know that the last 10 weeks, understandably, has been less than ideal. However, it could have been much, much worse. We are all safe and healthy and that’s the most important thing to remember….You guys made it seem easy. Kudos to Jeremy McMillan, who was on top of everything, patient, and available for calls within and outside of business hours. Jeremy also returned a call when he was on vacation in Las Vegas. I do not envy the “owners” of this job/this industry; however you made it endurable for me.

  If something like this ever happens again I’ll call for you guys!
